1. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY WITH MY RIM.COM ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can use up to six(6) properties with one account for the same low price of $39/year.
2. DOES RIM.COM ADVERTISE MY VACATION PROPERTY FOR ME?
No. You advertise it on your own. You can see our “links” page for a list of sites we recommend. Rim.com is designed to track all of your expenses and income related to your vacation rental. Rim.com will also generate reports for you detailing your property’s performance and all of its financial information.
3. IS MY MEMBERSHIP GOOD FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE I SIGN UP OR DOES IT EXPIRE DEC. 31 EACH YEAR?
It runs 1 year (365 days) from the date you become a member.
4. DOES RIM.COM ACTUALLY FILE MY TAXES AT THE END OF THE YEAR?
No. However, we do generate a detailed report for you that should enable you to do your own taxes with greater ease. You are also welcome to give the report we generate to your CPA, which should entitle you to a discount, if you cannot complete them on your own. The CPA’s we have shown the program to unanimously agreed that this would reduce the time it will take them to complete your taxes for you. In most cases, the discount they would give was much greater than the $39 annual cost of our service. So if nothing else, you would at least save our membership fee, or more in the cost of filing your taxes.
5. HOW OFTEN WILL I BE ABLE TO PRINT/GENERATE REPORTS?
You may generate reports as often as you would like. The reports can be based on the monthly, quarterly, or annual performance of your property.
6. WILL RIM.COM NOTIFY ME WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP IS GETTING READY TO EXPIRE?
Yes. Rim.com will notify you 30 days before your membership expires, giving you advance notice to renew with us.
7. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE $39/YEAR MEMBERSHIP FEE?
Absolutely not. $39 is the total amount it will cost you for a full year. That is only $3.25 per month. There is no better tool to be found to help you manage your rental property that costs anywhere close to $3.25 per month.
