
1. After you sign in, you need to first set up your property by clicking in the little green button beside (new property)
. It will walk you through setting up a new property.
2. Once you have done this, click on the little icon to the left of the property you have created to select this property.
3. This will take you to the Properties Page. From here, you can set up a vendor, a rental, or a renter.

4. Just like setting up your property, you click on the little green icon to set up any of these
.
- Set up a renter. A renter is where you input a person and all of their contact info.
- Next, set up a rental. A rental is an actual booking that requires you to choose a renter from the list of renters you have created.
- Finally, set up a vendor. A vendor is a third party company that you make payments to.
5. Once you have set up a renter, a rental, and a vendor, you can now input a transaction. Remember, when entering a transaction, be sure to check whether it is an expense or income. Click "submit" to process it. You can also click on the icon
to the left of any transaction, renter, vendor, or rental to select and view it. if you make an error when entering a transaction, you can click the
button at the right of the transaction to delete it and then you can re-enter it.
6. From the properties view page, you can click on the icon for a new transaction
. It will walk you through inputting a transaction.
7. Remember, a transaction can be an expense (to a vendor you have set up) or income (from a renter you have set up).
